I only manage to have two friends join the game, making it three players total, which isn’t enough for successful heists. If you’re not familiar, there’s a glitch where the host exits suddenly during the Pac standard, allowing the crew their share but marking the host as leaving and letting them restart. I’ve used this method on my laptop. The issue is that my machine runs GT 635M, which is quite slow—often dropping below 30fps even at the lowest settings. If I upgraded to an i7 4C8T with a GTX 1070, could I run two GTA instances using virtual machines while keeping performance above 60fps?

A GPU is required for every virtual machine.

The Intel 530 won't significantly improve upon the GT 635, which means it doesn't really change the value of running virtual machines.

You'd also require a hypervisor capable of emulating graphics cards. Any solution built around Windows wouldn't support this functionality.
