You don't need a GPU, just an AMD Ryzen 5 2400g with APU and 16GB RAM. Can you run Cold War smoothly without lag or stutter?

You might be able to. A solid frame rate (at least 60fps) is possible. For good APU gaming, consider R7 5700G, R5 5600G, or R3 5350G (if available) paired with 2x8gb or 2x16gb DDR4 at 3600-4000mhz++. Your GPU would benefit from faster RAM since it relies on DDR4 as VRAM. Warzone is somewhat demanding for APUs but worth trying.
