I'm looking into ways to make my PC quieter by taking out one of the fans that holds my CPU radiator (closed water loop).
My current setup has a single 120mm fan on the back, the radiator, and another 120mm fan blowing case air through the radiator and out the back.
It's a common arrangement for such configurations.
The main question is: Should I remove one of these fans to reduce noise? Which one should I take off? And what are the potential risks?
Thoughts?

yes you can remove one
a small chance the temperature might increase slightly
i would take out the one connected to the case, keeping the other that expels air through the radiator
other choices—adjust fan speed
swap in quieter fans

What impact do you think this will have on the dust around the Rad?
