To expand on this subject, there is currently a PS4 emulator being developed. You can find more updates on the project at https://www.patreon.com/AlexAltea. It's unclear when it will be finished, perhaps not before the release of the PS5. However, the developer regularly shares progress on the platform.

There’s no need to debate if you joined a discussion and didn’t contribute anything meaningful; instead, focus on challenging the idea that consoles are obsolete. As you’ve mentioned before, everything you say is just an opinion—perhaps even a mistaken one. My console was actively used every day until I had to sell it or face homelessness. Spending over 300 hours on Bloodborne, around 100 on Horizon Zero Dawn, and more than 100 on The Last of Us due to repeated playthroughs, I’m sure you understand why it’s still valuable.

In reality, it would have been played regularly just like before. Your perspective on whether it’s nothing more than opinion is valid.

It’s people like you who often criticize PC gamers. There’s no issue with playing or gaming on consoles—just move on and let others enjoy their choices without being pressured by unfounded arguments or fabricated data. Not everyone values high frame rates the same way.

And what about those who still have their original PCs? By this reasoning, computers become useless since people don’t maintain them for their entire lives.

I concur.
And what is my exact situation?
I still possess my original PC.
