Hey everyone, I’m facing a slow internet connection at home (around 500Kb/s), which makes downloading Star Wars Battlefront really slow. My college has a much faster download speed, so I’m curious if it’s possible to partially download the game on my laptop and then sync the progress to my gaming PC. Any idea how to do that? Thanks!

Begin the download on your PC first to generate the necessary folder. Stop the original process, move the downloaded files onto that folder, restart the original application and let it initiate the download once more. The system should recognize and reinstall the existing data.

Save the full game on your laptop, place it on a USB drive, move it into your "Origin Games" folder on your desktop, request the download from Origin on your desktop, wait (it may seem like a crash but it won’t happen), then Origin will verify the file and everything will be ready.

I'm not sure about downloading the whole game on school. Sometimes the limit is only 3GB, but other times I can get more.

It has been waiting to prepare the preload for roughly thirty minutes.

Absolutely correct, after some time it prompted for installation details, required an additional 5 MB, and then completed successfully. Thank you!
