OCing H110 boards comes with significant risks. Intel also seems hesitant about allowing overclocking on their entry-level chipset, fearing it could impact the B and Z series markets. To address this, Intel modified the microcode to stop users from overclocking on this chipset and non-unlocked CPUs. Some older BIOS versions perform surprisingly well with BCLK OC, and MSI offers a feature called "oc genie" that you might want to explore, though its effectiveness is uncertain.
