Can you increase your CPU and RAM speeds safely without running into issues? Let me know how I can assist.
Hello, I attempted to overclock my CPU and RAM, but it keeps crashing after a while. The most stable performance I've seen is at 3.5GHz on a Ryzen 5 1600 with 2666MHz RAM. I'm okay with the RAM speed being at that level, but I want the CPU to reach at least 3.8 or 3.75. Should I increase the voltage? What would be the ideal setting? Please help me.
full specifications available—brand and model of the PSU included. it's unlikely you can push that much overclocking, as there are no perfect configurations. each CPU and system behaves differently; if you're unsure, pause and reassess your approach.

Current processor chips are grouped into categories. If your R5-1600 could have been overclocked well, it would have been offered at a much higher cost. Occasionally you might be fortunate, but don't rely on it.
You're asking if the current frequency is being discussed at 3.8GHz.
If this is the sole machine you own and you cannot afford replacements, avoid attempting an overclock. Be aware that no two CPUs or motherboards are identical, so a setting effective in one video might not apply to yours. However, if you're determined to try overclocking, start by watching some YouTube tutorials to learn what you're doing and adjusting accordingly.
Disclaimer, I do not assume any liability if anything is damaged or destroyed while attempting an overclock.
