All CPUs will vary, so nothing is certain but it could work. My model runs smoothly at 4GHz and 1.375V, but it gets warmer on the stock cooler, so I chose 3.8GHz and 1.2V. The Hyper 212 might help reach that speed, but it's still a risk.
