Interesting. I'm curious if these are just specifications that don't really work in practice. It clearly appears the home version of Windows 10 differs from others, which might point to a genuine constraint.

Sure !! but unfortunately I had to purchase an E5620, so now I have a dual E5620 and a 1050 Ti GPU. Actually, these dual processors aren't that bad for gaming.
