I keep seeing little flashes of color lines show up in just one part of my screen for a few seconds at a time. It's super random and happens only 1 to 3 times when I use the computer or maybe even more like 3 to 20 times. Does it happen on my desktop, while playing games, or just surfing the web? I've tried changing my monitor, graphics card, power supply, cables, and even reinstalling windows but nothing has worked for me yet.

Have you tried a different power supply cable for your monitor or monitors? Try twisting it around to check if that makes the flickering lines happen.

I don't know what monitor you are using, but it probably has a power supply that plugs into it, then a power cable that goes from the power supply to your house's outlets. When you mentioned trying a new "power supply," I thought about the one for your PC. Here is a link about monitors and their power supplies:

My new monitor came with its own power supply, and it works fine. But I also swapped out an old one for a brand new one to see if that helped.

it looks like the only things left to check might be other parts of your computer and the wall outlets where you plug it in. I don't know if the motherboard, CPU, or RAM could make this happen, so try moving your PC to a different electrical breaker. Are you using a surge protector or a power splitter?

Plug your electronics into a surge protector to protect them from power spikes that could damage them.
