Regarding the integrated graphics, it seems unlikely they would function properly or be worthwhile. A separate GPU would be more suitable for such games.

The old laptop running the Radeon 5470 could handle Modern Warfare at 720P and high quality. The UHD 620 would perform significantly better.

Using an Intel UHD 620 will achieve the minimum performance (around 1-11 FPS) without modifying any configuration files.

my GTX 1060 with 6gb runs smoothly at 30 to 100 fps during intense settings. i’m worried it might not work well with the built-in graphics.
