Idle remains at 3.2GHz and turbo can increase by eight bins to 4.0GHz across all cores, even with four threads. A solid performance boost for a "locked" chip.
This overclocking multiplier was excluded for Haswell non-K processors, though they offered BCLK options at 100, 125 or 167.

Good though, I couldn't find Multicore Enhancement on the Asus P8Z68-V PRO.
If it lacks it, you might attempt adjusting Turbo Ratio to [By All Cores] with a multiplier of 40. Alternatively, set it to [By Per Core] and apply 40 for each. This could enable consistent performance around 4.0GHz, sacrificing the 3.2GHz idle speed. That's the typical outcome with a K processor—Turbo boost seems necessary to access all four frequency bins, which is why direct overclocking isn't feasible here.
