You have a fair point regarding 7900x. Perhaps I should point out my hesitation specifically to 3d v-caching. I formed a general opinion from reading that it is heavily based on gaming performance improvement but lacks in computing workloads (generally computing or specifically raw compute power?). So as someone targeting a balance between gaming and multi-threading tasks, i am confused if i should opt for non 3d or it actually doesnt matter much for 7900 and 7950?
Unsure here, but at the moment i feel closed to 7950x non 3d.
regarding air cooling - i wont argue with you here. I accept that air cooling does the job perfectly and there are no specific needs for aio. I shift to aio's for looks but to be honest, these rgb fans are just as good for aesthetics. I will consider this.
low profile rams in connection to air cooler - ah, yes, (sadly). You have a proper point. I dont completely follow the reasoning of ram die but i should get into it. i will look into it.
Meanwhile, can you recomend any low profile ram which is also rgb? does my request even exist?
update: I keep stumbling upon recomendation to go for 6000-30cl instead of 6400-32cl. Do you see a considerable difference here that prompts you to such advise?
mobo - you are right, i do not need pcie 5 m2 slots, im going for pcie4 for primary m2 ssd. I read that this doesnt have a lot of meaning and pcie4 is just fine. Also, understood about B650. However, i upgraded from Auros Elite to Aorus Pro. Dont really know why, Pro was recomended in PC Builder video for Ryzen 7000 series. Also somewhat better audio?
psu - roger that. I know nothing about psus and i mean it, this is the most complicated part of the build for me. So I followed your link, read a few paragraps and all I can say is - Okay, I will follow your recomendation here. Quick question - Super Flower Leadex VII XP or PRO?
you listed PRO obviously, any difference? cant seem to find comparisons online.
case+fans - I hear you. So fans mentioned above, regarding case... i just didnt click with the design.
Do you recomend Jonsbo as a brand? I might go a quick googling to find another case i like, preferably minimalistic with fully-visible door.
Also do not mind my quick summary reply. You sold me air cooler and psu. I will still google about ram though (to see if there are any rgb options that still follow your guidelines).
Thanks for updates!
Have you considered an SFF/SFX type PSU? Similar to:

It offers great quality and provides extra room in the PSU caddy for easily swapping cables, adding SSDs or HDDs. Also improves airflow underneath.
