Hello everyone,

I'm currently assembling components for a new PC intended as a dependable machine for data analysis. Here’s what I’m aiming to build:

Approximate Purchase Date
: In the coming weeks

Budget Range
: $500-600 (excluding rebates and shipping costs)

System Usage priorities:
1. Handling large datasets in Excel
2. Executing SQL queries
3. Creating visual reports with PowerBI
4. Performing some AI/ML tasks
Not planning any gaming or heavy graphical workloads, though I intend to upgrade to a high-end GPU such as the RTX 4070 later on.

Monitor purchase?
: No, I already own one.

Components to upgrade from scratch:
- Only a spare 256GB SSD, keyboard, mouse, and monitor remain.
- No other parts will be reused.

Operating System needs?
: No, the OS is already installed.

Preferred purchasing platforms:
- Based in Mumbai, I’ll use local sites like Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, Gameloot.in, and PrimeABGB.

Location
: Mumbai, India

Parts preferences:
- Open to both AMD and Intel CPUs—whichever provides the best value.
- Overclocking is optional.
- SLI or Crossfire may be considered later.

Monitor resolution
: Currently WFHD, but thinking about upgrading to 4K.

Additional notes:
- I want the power supply and case to support future upgrades, including a high-end GPU in the future.
- A quiet system would be a nice addition.
- Most importantly, I’m upgrading because my existing PC is outdated and struggles with data analysis and AI tasks.

Thanks ahead of time!

This is merely a suggestion; achieving lower costs would likely mean sacrificing several features.
The AM5 platform would be perfect but would only increase the price significantly.
An 850-watt power supply would be more appropriate for future upgrades, though a 750-watt unit would also work within budget constraints.
You should still fit a reasonably powerful graphics card in the future (though not the most demanding models).
This chipset includes an integrated graphics solution, allowing you to use it until you can upgrade to a dedicated GPU.

1200$ excluding the graphics card? Or should we include it from the beginning?
