AuroraHD : I checked the bios, it looks like turbo boost needs to be enabled for the CPU core ratio to reach 3.8 ghz. If not, it won’t let me do it. That seems normal.
Will the system boot into Windows OK with Turbo and 3.8 running?
CPU-Z shows what speed is under load?

I plan to test it now. When I set all cores to 3.8 ghz and keep turbo boost active, will the system maintain a 3.8 constant?

AuroraHD is planning to test the setup. They want to see if syncing all cores to 3.8 ghz with turbo boost enabled maintains a stable 3.8 constant. If not, they'll adjust settings in Windows Advanced Power Options to "High Performance".

It functions properly. However, since it remains idle at around 50°C, I need to purchase a Hyper 212 Evo.
