Yes, it is possible to adjust your RAM frequency from 2133MHz to 2400MHz or 3200MHz.
Follow these steps:

1. Ensure your system is powered on and connected to a compatible USB 3.0 or later slot.
2. Open the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and go to the "Performance" tab.
3. Under the "Memory" section, click on "Advanced options."
4. In the Advanced Options window, select "Change the frequency of the memory" and choose your desired frequency (2400MHz or 3200MHz).
5. Click "Apply" and restart your PC if prompted.

Make sure your motherboard supports the higher frequency and that your RAM is compatible with the new speed.

Yes, you're able to do that. I would adjust it within the mainboard settings (UEFI).

Yes, it is feasible to overclock your memory. If it matches the requirements or supports the desired MHz, that's another matter.
