Can windows be fixed?
I still face some problems occasionally, though I should verify my version first.
2. Every person is different; I’m not getting used to it. At the very least, I think apps shouldn’t be part of the system—they should have their own category. The rest isn’t too bothersome, but it bothers me.
3. Is there a specific term or feature for this design so I can reference it? Maybe an advanced search option.
are you referring to removing or checking apps in settings? they have their own section... they updated it a while back, and now I think you're using an older version of Windows 10. I've been running Windows smoothly without any start menu problems for over a year now—though I don't know the exact version it was updated from, it's likely from 1709 and now I'm on 1803. Probably fixed before 1709, but I'm sure it was resolved around that time. My suggestion is to save Windows 10 onto a USB drive and reinstall it from there. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10 will download the latest version and store it on the USB. Yes, the Advanced Search feature is available.
Do you know about SMB3.0 Multi-channel? It performs the same function but on a network iSCSI drive.
The update is complete and now fits in its own category for clarity.
It means you can connect several devices to the same resource for better performance. Yes, that's correct.
