Hi,
I was looking for a replacement screen for my broken laptop screen and came across this one. However, it mentions the 315mm wide version, but I’m unsure if this will fit my device. Some laptops might require the 320mm version instead.

Check your laptop's dimensions. A 5mm variation might affect the alignment of the screw hole tabs.

i believed it could be a different version setup, similar to how other pc components and mbgs use v2.0 etc.

Usually I check for any teardowns on YouTube or iFixit. If not, I rely on general advice on disassembling laptops. A precision screwdriver set and various plastic tools like guitar picks or spatulas can help loosen clips.
