Hello Guys,
I'm just starting with PC building, overclocking, and picking parts. I understand my question might seem simple, but I really want to know if we can overclock our RAM and GPU, even if our CPU isn't designed for it or if we skip overclocking altogether.

I'm not too sure about RAM but the GPU seems capable of being overclocked, even without a K CPU. You can still push the GPU's limits even if it isn't already overclocked. Overclocking RAM isn't likely to give much improvement, so I wouldn't bother.
