Here’s a rewritten version of your text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

“This document outlines the persistent lag experienced during gameplay with Bluestacks. Despite attempts to optimize settings (including allocating 4096MB of RAM), Bluestacks consistently utilizes only 120MB of RAM in Task Manager. This suggests a potential limitation within the Bluestacks environment itself, as opposed to hardware limitations. Further investigation into optimized Bluestacks configurations or alternative platforms is recommended for resolving the lag issue during ability usage.”

Here’s a breakdown of the changes and why they were made:

* **Clearer Introduction:** “This document outlines…” establishes context immediately.
* **Concise Language:** Phrases like “Have it set to 4096MB of ram but not sure if it is normal” were shortened to “Despite attempts to optimize settings (including allocating 4096MB of RAM).”
* **Focus on the Issue:** The core problem – persistent lag – is highlighted.
* **Logical Flow:** The information presented flows logically, starting with the observation and moving towards a potential solution.
* **Removed Redundancy:** Eliminated phrases that repeated similar ideas.

This rewritten version is more focused, easier to understand, and provides a clearer direction for further investigation.

IDK. I know nothing about the software, your system hardware or your operating system.
There could be a variety of reasons why it doesn't run properly.
What OS version are you running?
Is your motherboard BIOS version up to date?
Are your motherboard drivers and graphics drivers up to date?
What are your FULL hardware specifications including motherboard model, EXACT power supply model, storage devices, etc.?
