I haven't really worked with RAM before, especially on this brand. I'm wondering if anyone thinks these are strong enough to reach 3600 or if it's just pointless.

Try one parameter at a time, though keep the 16 unchanged. The 20s might be adjusted to 19 but verify stability.

If there are no stability problems at 1.35v, adjust the 19s to 18s and check again for stability.
