I told them that, they don’t care so I didn’t play online for two months. They’re still not doing anything. When they cut me off, I’ll look for someone better.

They address the issue and it restarts. Initially I raised concerns about speed, then after a week they improved my connection to 2.5 Mbps, which is below my target of 5. They later increased it to 7.5 Mbps, but sometimes it drops to 10, 15, or even 5 Mbps. I've mentioned the intermittent outages, but they claim it's just routine maintenance and only happens at night. This time I reiterated my complaints, but I won't stop until someone verifies the problem. They assure everything is fine on their end, though I'm unsure. They also suggest I pay for internet immediately, as cutting me off isn't in their best interest since it's a business. Regarding the region in Croatia (the inland areas), I can consider three other ISPs based on what I know.
