So I've been trying to begin streaming and I've checked out components for a PC build that fits my budget, but I'm not sure if it's sufficient for gaming or streaming.

Yes. That will definitely
be capable of streaming/gaming. You likely won't need to worry about poor frame rates for the coming years—the equipment you chose is excellent.

It seems to work well with your setup. Your performance is stable, and you should be doing just fine.

Thanks for your message. I was anticipating that streaming might be feasible, similar to League of Legends, PUBG, or Skyrim.

Well, you're in luck.
Even a toaster can handle League.
Perhaps not a toaster, but my 2010 Macbook Pro could manage it at 45 fps. I played League on it without issues. So your machine should be fine too.
(Especially since it uses hardware that's ten years ahead of its time.)

No worries, I'm happy to assist others. Regarding PUBG and Skyrim,
a brief search on Google indicates you can achieve around 79 fps in PUBG. In general, most games provide a stable average of 100 fps. You should be all set.

The build looks good for your needs. However, if you can, consider spending an additional 25-50 dollars on a 1tb SSD instead of a hard drive, even in a budget build. It will greatly improve the efficiency and speed of your setup. Good luck!
