This PSU from NZXT is about $120 in my area (eastern Europe), while the antec costs $77. Yes, both are mediocre PSUs; it's better to buy the EVGA Supernova instead. People don't seem to accept that such low-quality components come from Eastern Europe, and if they did, they'd be worth twice or three times their US price. Which one should I choose?

I hope they don't reduce the second version. It might have been added to include support for the Haswell low power state, as many makers created a second PSU version to handle Haswell C6 states or similar. I don't have a review for the V2 version.

I would consider the antec based on its price. The VP550 model is quite reasonable for the cost, though it's outdated and doesn't match the standards of newer power supplies. It won't cause any major issues. I found a review linked below. It should suffice for a 1070 and 1600 overclock if you're not doing anything extreme.

I think it's worth getting the antec given its cost. The VP550 is actually quite reasonable for the price. It's an older model and doesn't match today's high standards, but it won't cause any major problems. I found a review of it here: https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Antec/VP550P/9.html. Just make sure you're not pushing it too far.

What is the price of a Seasonic S12ii?

Usual guy :
This PSU from NZXT costs around $120 in my area (eastern Europe), while the antec model is $77. Yes, I know both are mediocre PSUs; better buy the EVGA Supernova instead... People don't seem to accept that top-tier PSUs aren't available in Eastern Europe, and if they were, they'd be two or three times their US price, making them worthless purchases. Which one should we choose between these two?

What is the price of a Seasonic S12II?
There isn't any. Seasonic isn't in my country's category. It's too costly to bring here.
