Can someone look over this OC for me
I performed a 4.4 overclock on my i5 6600K. I used Ripjaws V with DDR4-3000, but the XMP feature in MOBO caused crashes. I set it to 2800 manually. I didn’t change the RAM voltage; instead, I adjusted the CPU voltage to around 1.25v. I wasn’t aiming for a high overclock or pushing limits. Just seeking a safe and reliable setup. Here are some screenshots in case anyone wants to review the changes.
looks good, 1.25V is a suitable voltage target for your overclock. Ensure it's set to manual or adaptive, not auto. Are those your idle or load temperatures? Did you perform a stress test for stability?
I couldn't see all the images because my work blocks them sometimes. Just confirm your vcore is at its lowest possible setting and monitor your temperatures. Otherwise, it seems everything was fine.
