Well.. Long ago, this company made a kickstarter for a game. A game that would be infamous for gaining over 2 mil in crowdfunding. Later receiving around 90 mil in funds. The owner of said company started by buying a super nice house with his 90 mil, then started on development. The game is supposed to be an open world space adventure in which you play online, flying from planets to space stations doing cool stuff. The game was supposed to come out November 2014. They have about $9 mil left. The game is screwed. Also, recently there was an article on The Escapist about employees complaining about their job, how the game isn't coming out soon, how they're running out of money, ect. The developers are threatening to sue The Escapist for their story, which will open a case in which The Escapist can prove every bad thing against the developer. They are shooting themselves in the foot.
