I'm having trouble getting my i7 7700k to reach 4.8ghz. The clock speed isn't stable even at 1.305v, and I experience temperatures up to 98C under load. Can I increase the voltage further?
Specs: i7 7700k, MSI z270 gaming pro carbon, Corsair H100i v2 cooler, Trident.z rgb 16gb 3200, GTX 970

Prime 95, if your pump stops working, aim for 100+. Use Aida64/Realbench for stress testing and recheck the temperature.

This isn't a good idea, it's very hot.

prime95 or aida/real bench? If the latter two options aren't suitable, go with prime95. It's better to be cautious, but you might still be fine. Ensure your water pump is functioning correctly.

prime95 or aida/real bench? If the latter two, it's not good. Prime95 is putting too much stress, but you might still be okay. Make sure your water pump is functioning correctly. I use prime 95. How can I confirm if my pump is working properly?

After running realbench with actual temperature, I didn't reach 90°C. Is that sufficient to increase the voltage?
