But if you haven't purchased that processor, invest the additional 17 dollars in the FX 6300 and the savings will be worthwhile. Also consider purchasing a higher quality power supply; the CX series aren't worth it.

If you haven't purchased that processor yet, consider spending the additional 17 dollars on the FX 6300; the savings will be worthwhile. Also, opt for a higher quality power supply—the CX series aren't really worth it.

It would be my opinion if the price gap makes it beyond your budget, then stick with what you already have.

It would be ideal if the price gap doesn't exceed your budget, otherwise stick with what you have.
I'm aiming for something near €800 and can upgrade later if needed.

I'm aiming to keep things near €800, and I can always upgrade later. 😊
You could skip the heatsink, get it later, and use the one that comes with the FX-6300 and fan until you can afford a Hyper 212 EVO.
I own both the FX-6300 and Hyper 212, but I don’t have a better or worse machine to compare them. Still, I think the FX-6300 is decent. I’ve kept it for two years, overclocking it to 4.42 Ghz with the Hyper 212, aiming to keep temps under 65°C using Prime95.
Recently, I bought an FX-8300 from Newegg because it was on sale, though I doubt it’ll really help. Still, I did it since I want a new system for my brother to play with me.
Here, I assembled a solid budget build without a graphics card—most components are up to your choice, but the CPU should be your top priority.

Try sourcing most parts from Amazon or Newegg. The HDD and motherboard are available on Amazon at prices matching my list.
