Yes, you should be able to run Red Dead Online with that configuration. The i5-3470 and RX 470 are still perfectly capable of running RDR2 smoothly at 1080p or even 1440p depending on your settings. It's a solid build!

Your video card is extremely close to the minimum card for that game. Your CPU will help a bit. So even though you should be a ble to play the game, don't expect eye candy.
