Your PC can likely run Arma 3, but performance will depend on your setup. Based on your specs, you should see around 60-80 FPS on a mid-range configuration. Your components suggest a solid build for gaming.

Your setup should comfortably support running Arma 3 at 1080p with smooth performance. Even with a dual-core processor, it’s a solid machine, and your graphics card is well-suited for the game. What makes your specs unique?

I doubt I own an I7 4790K/1070 and rarely reach over 60 fps on King of the Hill servers. Performance varies based on the game you're playing—ARMA 3, RP/KOTH, EXILE, or Wasteland all have different demands. For solo co-op or simple missions, achieving 60 fps at 1080p seems achievable.
