I’m aiming to purchase a monitor with a refresh rate of 144Hz, and I want confirmation that my existing hardware will deliver triple-digit frames per second at that speed. My system information is as follows:

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (Version 17134)
System Producer: Dell
System Type: XPS 8910
Processor: Intel Core i7-6700 @ 3.40 GHz (8 cores, ~3.4 GHz)
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 530
DAC Type: Internal
Device Type: Full Display Device
Total Memory Estimate: 8.27 GB
VRAM: 128 MB
Shared Memory: 8143 MB

I have a solid-state drive, specifically a Samsung 960 EVO Series – 250GB PCIe NVMe – M.2 Internal SSD (MZ-V6E250BW), which I acquired from this link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LYF...UTF8&psc=1

Could you please advise?

Your frame rate fluctuates based on whether you're using a specific application or game. To determine your current FPS, download a tool such as Afterburner or another monitoring program and observe your frame rate readings. This will reveal your current performance level.
