10 years ago, during a PC build, I was using a Corsair CX430M 430-watt power supply that I rarely used. Since then, it has been stored inside that case. Can I still use that old PSU and cabinet for a new build? I checked myself, and everything seems fine.

The main concern is capacitors, and a simple visual inspection isn't enough. What are the specifications of this newly constructed unit? It wasn't a satisfactory power supply when it first came out ten years ago.

Then I plan to purchase a new PSU.
For my upcoming build, I intend to install the AMD 4600g with the MSI A320M-A PRO, two SSDs, and 32 GB of RAM. I don’t have any intention of using a dedicated GPU.
Can I use the cabinet?
The capacitor shouldn’t be a problem for the cabinet, should it?
It will simply power on the switch.

Good suggestion. PSU's usually face an aging problem, which means they don't last as long as other parts, mainly due to various factors.
