Absolutely, it works fine now. It was shaky on older boards, but the B550 holds up well. I’m using a 4x4 setup with it right now.

For some cpus 3600 4 channel may not work. On ryzen 7s there's more of a chance it will but on 5600s it normally doesn't even in dual channel Also how do you run 3600mhz ram on 2400 modules? Just checked it in your signature and it says a 5600 with a 16gb kit of 2400mhz ripjaws v. Overclocking right? It should work though. And even if it doesn't 3200 is still pretty fast

I was saying 4x is stable, using my setup as proof of stability. Not speed. For speed, I have read many posts over the years here of people using 4x8 on 3600 and 5600's at 3200 as well as 3600MHz. Since this is another "I heard" thread, I have "heard" too

They're running at 3200MHz with 4x4GB RAM. I configured the settings during build and didn't adjust them afterward.
