Hi all,
My current build features an 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-11400F running at 2.60GHz and 2.59GHz. Can I upgrade my graphics card to an RTX 4070 or 4070ti with this processor? Thanks!

The CPU doesn't limit GPU upgrades. What might limit them are:
* the power supply's maximum wattage and available PCI-E cables
* the space in your PC case for the GPU
* your budget for a new GPU
Upgrade your GPU if you have a suitable PSU, enough clearance, and funds available.

Keep in mind that even without a CPU limiting a GPU upgrade, there might still be performance issues. This isn't about your particular setup, but usually, if the CPU is much newer than the GPU, you could encounter some bottlenecks.

There are always delays.
A quicker GPU allows for sharper resolution, better settings, or running more demanding games at a faster pace.
The CPU mainly determines the highest frame rate according to the game engine. To eliminate or lessen the CPU bottleneck, raise graphics settings until FPS stabilizes at its peak performance level. If you can't achieve any further FPS increase and you still want more, a CPU upgrade becomes essential.
