I purchased a Win 10 retail key and upgraded it to 11 during the free upgrade window. Can I move Win 11 to another computer using the same key, or am I required to get Win 10 again?

if it connects to your email address, you can use it on a new PC.

Transfer as in install on new PC... moving an install doesn't work well. A clean install is better.
You'd only have Windows 10 again if you used a Windows 10 installer

Are you referring to the license for a fresh installation on the new computer, or the combination of drive and OS with the license to the new machine?

This is definitely not a certain result.
Various devices typically need a fresh operating system setup.
We all hope otherwise, but it's not always the case.
