It seems like a joke or a playful suggestion. You probably need to go out and purchase two additional gigs.

Already edited, also intended that a CPU paired with a strong GPU and sufficient RAM could suffice, possibly.

Obtain a suitable GPU (970/1060 etc.) and additional RAM. The CPU could suffice, but it's not certain.
