Sorry I can't offer a more suitable solution to your issue. Apart from attempting to reinstall the graphics drivers (the newest Intel release was announced within the week, making it odd for the update tool to indicate no updates), or trying the game itself, I don't see any other options.
I should consider testing on my laptop equipped with an AMD integrated GPU. Although it performs better than Intel's, it still falls short of a 1030 GT and remains an integrated graphics solution.
EDIT:
The YouTube search I performed covers numerous methods to resolve similar problems:

Just steer clear of any fixes that demand shutting down many Windows features—those are just repetitive fixes from older times.)
Sorry, for the delayed response. Yayyy!! It worked. Although I didn’t follow the exact method the person used from start to finish. I used some advice and adapted it. First, I checked properties in Genshin Impact, then checked compatibility and added "disable full screen optimizations", "Run this program as an administrator", and "Change High DPI settings" into "Override high DPI scaling behaviour". Also, switched to "system" instead of something else.
By applying those changes, I was able to optimize the game as an administrator. After that, I opened the game window and pressed "Launch" while holding shift. A new window appeared where I set it to "simple" (you can also try lower resolution for less GPU strain).
The game ran smoothly at first, but later crashed, so I adjusted the Graphics settings in the game options similarly. Thank you very much! Even though I don’t know you, your helpful time means a lot. Thank you again.
