I’ll need a graphics card and extra RAM before I can run CS:GO on a Pentium G3258 OC with 4GB RAM and up to 4GB of memory. This setup uses Intel HD graphics, so it’s possible but may be limited.

At 1080p resolution, a lower or medium setting could work just fine.

Sure thing. I own an Intel HD 4000 and a ULV CPU—performance around 60 at 1080p low resolution, which is fine for most games.

I'm confident I'll receive 100fps. The settings are a bit unclear because you only have a dual-core processor.
