I own an i5 8400 and a vega 56. I’m considering playing borderlands 3 but have heard it’s tough to run and not very optimized. I’ve already spent money on games that didn’t work well for me, like metro exodus and ac oddyssey, so I want to avoid that again. Do you think I’ll be able to get it to run?

I believe the settings should be mostly medium, with some on high and draw distance plus streaming textures at ultra. I maintain a steady 50-60FPS, which feels butter smooth on my Freesync display. It would be extremely difficult to distinguish between medium and ultra detail in most cases.
