If you removed it from your account, the only chance it could still be found is through Instagram. Have you inquired about it?

I don't understand how to phrase it. I only see a way to report an issue and searching online says the chances of them ever replying are extremely low unless you're a very popular influencer with millions of followers, making it worth their time. Is there another method to reach them?
