Can I play normally?

Offline Mode and Online Mode are available after this permanent trainer installation.

I want to use cheats only on Story mode single player because I don't want to uninstall trainers.

I want to play GTA V without any issues for a permanent trainer.

Please help me!

What matters is that if you play single-player with mods, it’s fine. But if you join an online server, you’re likely to get banned.

Only in single player. Online no, even if only installed and not use will still get you banned.

Can I use Wi-Fi internet or not? Because without an internet connection, this game won't open… what should I do at that time?

The single-player version doesn’t matter if you modify it. If you play on an online server, you risk being banned.

Just be careful if you ever play online multiplayer, remember to remove them.
The Steam forums have a lot of questions like this if you want to take a look.
