Greetings! I recently acquired a modest computer system for an excellent deal and am curious about its suitability for casual gaming. The hardware includes:

Intel Core i3-2100
8GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
500GB Seagate HDD
800W Aerocool Strike-X Power Supply
Nvidia GTX 560Ti graphics card
Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’m particularly interested in playing League of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Fortnite, and Grand Theft Auto V.

Thank you for your feedback.

Twitch and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive are commonly associated with low-powered computers, while Grand Theft Auto V tends to require more robust hardware. While it may be playable on those titles with reduced visual quality, Grand Theft Auto V could provide a less than ideal performance. Furthermore, possessing at minimum 8 gigabytes of memory will be beneficial.

Actually, I apologize for overlooking that detail – the memory is 8GB at 1333MHz. Regarding frame rates in CS:GO, what do you believe would be a reasonable expectation? And for League of Legends, I feel it should perform adequately considering my previous experience with an AMD HD 6450 1GB OEM, which worked well.

I agree with Justin’s suggestion. Regarding your inquiry about frame rates, I recommend launching Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and testing it yourself. 😄

The exact performance will vary based on your system's configuration. You can generally anticipate it running smoothly, but determining a precise figure is difficult. Considering the 560Ti’s speed is only marginally superior to a GT 1030, it should likely achieve sixty frames per second or more.

If this performs more effectively than the GT 1030, I believe it will be suitable for gaming. My previous computer, featuring an overclocked i5-760 and a GT 1030, achieved approximately 80 frames per second at 1080p resolution while playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and Fortnite, utilizing low to medium graphics settings.
