I've just begun experimenting with overclocking and am uncertain whether my existing parts can handle it. The components I have are H61H2-M2 Mbo, i3 2120 CPU.

I checked online and saw that you could change the board but not the chip... Google is really useful, isn't it? You might want to give it a try!

The i3 2120 cannot be used for online streaming because it is locked. For OCable Intel CPUs, the label ends with "K".
