hello i want to check if it's possible to overclock my cpu and gpu using these components, and how much speed increase is achievable. the motherboard is gigabyte micro atx z97mx gaming 3 or 5, i5 4690k processor, msi gpu gtx 750 ti, ram from kingston hyperx fury red with 8gb, a hdd from seagate barracuda 1tb, internal drive 7200rpm, a silverstone gd09b htp case, and an evga 430w power supply. after overclocking, can i run fallout 4, gta 5, or ps2 emu at high settings in 1080p?

No point in overclocking that cpu with that gpu , as for the gpu you can overclock it fairly easily but it will take a lot of trial an error until you find a sweet spot . Here are a few clocks to see what difference it makes

Adjusting the GPU's settings can boost performance by up to 10-15%. Think about your current setup to understand the potential gains from overclocking.
