Can I boost my GPU with a GTX 970 using an i7 3770 and only standard case fans? Also, is 700W at 85% efficiency sufficient for my setup? My configuration includes: i7 3770, 16GB 1333MHz RAM, Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H motherboard, GTX 970 (OC edition Armor 2x thermal design), and a case with 85% efficiency.

Yes, it's possible, but your GPU is already overclocked. I think you might be able to get even better performance.
