I have an Intel i5 2320 with a clock speed of 3.00GHz, and I'm experiencing temperatures between 65-67°C under full load. I'm wondering if it's possible to overclock it to around 3.2-3.3GHz, and what the consequences would be if the CPU overheats. Thanks for your advice.

The CPU isn't overclockable; its multiplier is fixed. On Sandy Bridge, the BCLK is connected to various motherboard components, making it impossible to improve performance by adjusting the BCLK. To boost CPU speed further, you'll need to upgrade.
