Initially, I haven't done overclocking but a friend has experience with it.
I plan to overclock both the CPU and GPU since performance feels quite low, though I'm unsure if I can manage it.

If you're only achieving 15fps, even with a GPU that's the bottleneck, it might not be enough to reach 10% overclocking, which is the maximum you can realistically expect. It's time to consider new hardware, and an overclock won't help much.

Hello.
Your CPU won't be overclocked, but you can still boost the GPU's performance. Try using software such as MSI Afterburner to gradually increase the GPU's clock speed through careful testing.

The CPU isn't working with this board or the processor at all. The GPU is functional. Upgrading the GPU could provide a noticeable improvement, typically around 1-5 frames per second.

If you're only achieving 15 frames per second, even with a powerful GPU, it's unlikely that a modest overclock of around 10% will significantly boost performance beyond 17 fps. Upgrading hardware won't help much, and an overclock won't make much difference.
