Mobo is fine, the PSU will likely be OC, and I'm not very excited about the CPU cooler. Are you using a separate GPU? Which one? What kind of DRAM are you using? All this information is useful, but even then, the only thing anyone can really guess is... no two CPUs/APUs are identical, so you might get three A8-7600s and they could all reach different limits depending on how far you push them. It depends a lot on your skill in overclocking. I've seen some who can't do it at all and others who can push processors beyond what most people can achieve.
