It's not enabled on A-series boards. The manual didn't reference PBO or any overclocking option, let alone suggest it was appropriate for that hardware. Just because it appears in the BIOS doesn't mean it's useful or feasible.

Welcome to the forum
We’re eager to assist, but we need more details to provide meaningful advice. First, understanding the complete system specifications is important—this covers the PSU and CPU cooling setup.
What are your main uses for the PC? Why do you think overclocking is necessary? What outcomes are you aiming for? Do you have prior experience with these aspects, or is this your first time?
Any additional information you can share will greatly assist us in helping you effectively.
Thank you for providing this extra context!

You won't be able to boost the performance beyond the default settings on this model. Even with overclocking, the power delivery setup isn't very strong for these budget systems, and it's not advisable to attempt it.

Check for any -3000 series CPU support; if found, the R3-3300X is a very affordable CPU option...

This board officially allows overclocking. Refer to the manual for details.
https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/M...-ds2_e.pdf
It also supports officially CPU models like the Ryzen 9 3900X with a TDP of 105 w.
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-...upport-cpu
A Ryzen 3 1300x has a TDP of 65 w, indicating potential for overclocking.
