I'm just starting with PC gaming and want to find out if I can overclock the NVIDIA GTX 1060. It's important to know if it's safe for my setup. My system includes a CyberPowerPC - Gamer Ultra Desktop, AMD FX-series, 16GB RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX1060, a 1TB hard drive, and a 120GB SSD.

I don't think the computer will fail, and anyone can speed up their GPU. How would I do it? Is there a program I need to install? I'm really new to this, so any advice you can give is super helpful. Thanks!

I'm new to PC gaming and want to know if I can overclock my NVIDIA GTX 1060 safely. I have a CyberPowerPC - Gamer Ultra Desktop, AMD FX-Series, 16GB RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX1060, a 1TB hard drive, and a 120GB SSD. Before considering overclocking, what is my PSU? Which processor is the FX using? I should check if my PSU has enough power left; otherwise, it could cause damage. MSI Afterburner is a popular tool for overclocking and offers a simple interface with many tutorials available online.
